Branch Out is the studio of Catherine Gard, a landscape designer working across Sydney's North Shore. A career-changer from optometry, Catherine holds a Diploma of Landscape Design and has been a member of the Australian Institute of Landscape Designers and Managers since 2013 — twice a Silver Award winner at the AILDM National Landscape Design Awards, in 2016 and 2019. Every garden is designed around its site and the people who use it: sustainable, responsive to the local microclimate, and planted to be lived in and easily cared for.
